FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should make incision along external surface of anterior-superior iliac wing's spine up to ilium, muscles should be bluntly separated at opening iliac part at the length of 5-7 cm. In the middle of iliac wing's crest one should develop a groove being equal by the width and the depth to the size of iliac transplant applied for one third. In iliac wing and in a transplant at the level of groove's height middle it is necessary to form two foramens to introduce two fixing screws and the wound should be sutured layer by layer. The innovation enables to decrease postoperative complications due to improved circulation of osseous transplant and its decreased resolution.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
