FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Holder for bone transplant in cranioplasty contains handle and rod with working part. Working part has shape of truncated cone with thread on side surface, in which three holes for removal of bone shavings with depth, exceeding thread height, are made. On rod, above truncated cone, made is section with thread on which hollow bushing is installed with possibility of moving. Diameter of internal hole on bushing is larger, than diameter of truncated cone. When screwed on, bushing closes truncated cone, carrying out function of lock-nut and stop into transplant.
EFFECT: holder makes it possible to reliably grab transplant from the outside in the middle and hold it for a long time during operation; placed in transplant holder does not create disturbances for operating surgeon, making it possible to change transplant positions, which provides better possibility for fixation of transplant on perimeter.
