Dry the first "Takhakomb" haemostatic foam to complete drying out. Previously removed bone fragments are uniformly distributed along the entire surface of the first "Takhakomb" haemostatic foam, initially large and then small, and the entire surface of the bone loss is closed with a coating of bone chips. On top of the laid bone fragments, apply a second "Tahacomb" haemostatic foam wetted in the donor blood plasma with the yellow surface to the bone fragments. Wound is closed in layers.

EFFECT: method allows eliminating a cerebral parenchymal compression area, improving haemostasis, reducing a risk of infection.
