The autofat graft is placed on the dura mater and fixed with a surgical adhesive composition applied to the dura mater. In this case, the autofat graft is distributed over the entire surface of the dura mater in such a way that it fills the bone defect over the area. An implant is placed on the area of ​​the bone defect of the skull with an overlap of the bones, the inner surface of which is pressed down by the autofat graft. The implant is fixed to the skull bone. Layer-by-layer suturing of the surgical wound is carried out. Install wound drainage.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to close a bone defect, ensure filling of the subimplantation space, avoid accumulation of discharge under the implant: exudate, transudate, blood without compressing the underlying brain.
