The autofat graft is placed on the dura mater and fixed with a surgical adhesive composition applied to the dura mater. In this case, the autofat graft is distributed over the entire surface of the dura mater in such a way that it fills the bone defect over the area. An implant is placed on the area of ​​the bone defect of the skull with an overlap of the bones, the inner surface of which is pressed down by the autofat graft.
