FIELD: equipment for grinding, mixing, wetting and activating of materials.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator has two rotors-disks axially aligned with respect to one another, rims circumferentially arranged on rotors-disks whose cylindrical parts are formed perforated, fingers fixed in concentric rows on disks, and hollow rotor shafts. Disks are angularly secured on rotor shafts for providing reciprocating motion of material under process in axial direction from one disk to another disk, said reciprocating motion being accompanied with periodical vibrations of disintegrator. Each of fingers on each of said disks has leading end adjoining one side of disk and continuation adjoining other side of disk. Fingers may be made in the form of conical rods having acute-angled star in its cross section, said star decreasing in size beginning from mid portion to peripheral end of rod. Fingers are made detachable.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in grinding of materials.
