FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator-classifier of bulk material comprises two aerodynamic impellers (1) with clearance. Between the working surfaces of the wheels is formed by autogenous grinding zone. The wheels are located inside the casing (6). The wheels are arranged to counter-rotation. The wheels are mounted coaxially on a fixed hollow axle (3) with holes (4) for supplying the starting material. The openings are in communication with the working chamber (8). Wheels and centrifugal classifier particles form a single body in the mechanism of the device. A single organ is situated in transit casing of air-dust mixture.
EFFECT: continuous autogenous grinding and separation.
