FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fine crushing, mixing and activation of nanostructured materials to be used in various industries. Disintegrator comprises two aligned parallel rotor disks provided with cantilever pins with bushes fitted thereon arranged in concentric lines. Every line of pins of one rotor is located between to lines of pins of another rotor. Disintegrator includes also two drive to revolve every rotor in opposite direction. It comprises also detachable pins with cylindrical barrels fitted thereon and made from hard alloy material. Said barrels are fitted in each pin of every rotor.
EFFECT: reduced wear of pins.
