FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical casing with axial loading and tangential unloading branch pipes. The body 1 is coaxially arranged with the possibility of counter-rotating upper 3 and lower 5 horizontal fixed disсs in concentric circles impact elements 4 and 7, respectively. Every impact element is arranged between impact elements of opposite disc. The housing 1 has two tangential cutout made along its entire height. The tangential recesses rigidly mounted internal 8 comprising straight portions and a ring and an outer 9, which includes a straight portion tangential unloading pipes of rectangular cross-section. Sections input ends of the tangential discharge nozzles 8, 9 abut against each other side walls in a plane of symmetry of the housing. Axles of inner and outer discharge nozzle are disposed tangentially on respectively smaller and greater distance from the rotation disk center. The output ends of both pipes are taken out of the body in opposite directions.
EFFECT: increase the efficiency of the grinding process of the material due to the classification of the material between the outer drum near the elements and the inner surface of the disintegrator housing.
