FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used for coal grinding at integrated coal processing plants. Proposed disintegrator comprises housing 1, discs 2 and 3 with hammers 6 fitted on hollow horizontal shafts 4 and 5 to run in opposite directions, grinding chamber 18, coal feed and discharge pipes 7 and 8. Separator 9 is mounted inside said housing to catch fine component milled coal. Note here that extra pipe 11 is arranged to discharge said fine component from disintegrator. Said separator 9 is composed of rotary screen 10. Twisted guide vanes 19 are arranged on side surfaces of discs 2 and 3 on opposite sides relative to grinding chamber 18. Through holes 20 are arranged under said vanes in said rotary discs 2 and 3.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.
