FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the high-pressure press.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the high-pressure press for compression of the containers with the radioactive contents. The press contains the top die movable in respect to the low die. Cross-section of the top die is made only slightly smaller, than the cross-section of the low die, which is closing at least on the single areas the container. In addition to the first operational position the press has the capability to adjust at least one more operational position with the modified cross-section of the top die and with the matched to it modified cross-section of the low die for compression of the various containers. There is a possibility to use the modified cross-sections of the top die and the low die in the second operational position due usage of the matched with the top die and also with the low die detachable forming component. As a result the invention allows to eliminate the operation of reloading, and also to minimize the possible expenses coupled with the handling of the wastes and ensures the minimal possible irradiation of workers.

EFFECT: the invention allows to exclude the operation of reloading, to minimize the possible expenses for the handling of the wastes, ensures the minimal possible irradiation of workers.
