SUBSTANCE: container is compressed inside form-shaping skirt due to interaction between supporting surface of skirt accommodating container and compressing device positioned against supporting surface and moving vertically inside skirt. Process involves displacement of skirt holding container to be compressed between point of container loading, compression point, and point of removal of compressed container. Compressing device has press with vertically moving working element, handling truck mounting form-shaping skirt, and compressed container removing facilities.
