FIELD: utilization of purging water of circulation-type cooling system of heat-exchanging equipment, used in heat power plants.
SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting feed water of circulation system to reactant decarbonization in alkaline medium and directing after two-staged sodium cationizing for mixing with recirculated water heated in heat-exchanging equipment before it is cooled by evaporation in cooling tower; after evaporative cooling process, introducing into recirculated water polyhexamethylene guanidine, with content of the latter being maintained at maximum permitted concentration with regard to organoleptical deleterious feature and periodically increased to maximum ineffective concentration level; clearing purging water by filtering before utilization, with excessive purging water being directed back into circulation system after filtering thereof.
EFFECT: increased sanitary and epidemic safety of circulation system and heat network and reduced outburst of phenol into atmospheric air from cooling towers at heat engineering objects, wherein river water containing increased concentrations of phenol serves as feed water for circulation systems adapted for cooling of equipment.
