FIELD: chemistry of organophosphorus compounds, chemical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis if substituted 1,3,2-oxazaphospholidine-4-ones that represent novel phosphorus-containing heterocyclic compounds by their structure. Invention describes a method for preparing 2-oxo-2-alkoxy-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-oxazaphospholidine-4-ones of the formula: wherein R means C2H5, C4H9, iso-C3H7. Method involves interaction of hydrogen chloride with 2-oxo-2-alkoxy-4-alkoxy-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-oxazaphosphol-3-ines at temperature 0-5°C in medium of dehydrated diethyl ether for 15-25 min in the equimolar ratio of reagents to form the corresponding 2-oxo-2-alkoxy-4-alkoxy-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-oxazaphosphol-3-ines hydrochlorides followed by their thermolysis at temperature 73-95°C for 1-1.5 h. Invention proposed novel phosphorus-containing heterocyclic compounds that can be used as the parent substances for synthesis of biologically active compounds used in medicine and agriculture.
