FIELD: chemistry of heterocyclic compounds. SUBSTANCE: product: derivative of substituted 2-saccharine of the formula (I): where L is -O-, -S-, -SO- or SO₂; m and n independently = 0 or 1; R₁ means substituted phenyl, heterocycle or substituted heterocycle or when L is -O- and n = 1 then R₁ means cycloheptatrienone-2-yl; or when L is -S- and n = 1 then R₁ means cyano-group or (lower alkoxy)-thiocarbonyl; or when L is SO₂ and n = 1 then R₁ means lower alkyl or trifluoromethyl; R₂ means hydrogen; R₂ means hydrogen, primary or secondary lower alkyl or lower alkoxyl; R₄ - hydrogen or 1-3 different substituents, and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof.
