SUBSTANCE: invention proposes derivatives of 5-[(2H-pyrrole-2-ylidene)methyl] -2,2'-bi-1H- -pyrrole of the general formula (I) where R means H or C₁-C₆-alkyl; R₂,R₄,R₅ mean hydrogen atom; R₃ means C₁-C₅-alkoxy-group that can be free or substituted with phenyl; R₆ means hydrogen atom, C₃-C₁₄-alkenyl or C₁-C₂₀-alkyl that can be free or substituted with halogen atom, hydroxy-group, phenyl, phenylhydroxy-, carboxy-, cyano- or -CO-morpholino-group; or R₅ and R₆ in common form C₄-C₉-polymethylene chain that can be substituted with C₁-C₁₂-alkyl; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts showing immunomodulating activity.
