FIELD: method for controlling distribution of grain growth inhibitors at producing textured electrical strip steel.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating slab of silicon steel in furnace for several stages; at last stage of heating at discharging slab out of furnace, heating slab till temperature that is less than temperature of one of previous heating stages. In stages for heating and soaking at maximum temperature values, particles of second phase are melted and separated elements are dispersed in metallic matrix. Slab is subjected to hot rolling for producing strip. Hot rolled strip is subjected to cold rolling at one or several reduction stages at intermediate annealing steps. Cold rolled strip steel is subjected to continuous annealing for primary recrystallization and then it is subjected to annealing for secondary recrystallization. Just at stage of heating slab in furnace, deposition of controlled quantity of particles of second phases necessary for controlling grain growth at further stages of process is realized.
EFFECT: enhanced properties of strip steel.
