FIELD: production of grain-oriented electrical strip steel with high magnetic characteristics. SUBSTANCE: slabs are produced by steel continuous casting with control of time, temperature and mold rocking frequency. Slab is subjected to hot rolling into strip. Produced strip is heated and cooled in boiling water, and strip is subjected to cold rolling in several passes. After cold rolling, steel strip is subjected to continuous decarburizing annealing in moisture atmosphere of nitrogen, hydrogen and to secondary recrystallization annealing of coils of strip coated by separator in mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen for formation of aluminum nitride. EFFECT: simplified producing process with provision of high magnetic characteristics of produced strip steel. 12 cl, 8 tbl, 3 ex
