FIELD: mechanical engineering; methods of measuring of the arbors misalignment.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the method of measuring of the arbors misalignment. The method is dealt with the measurement technology and may be used in mechanical engineering and in remedial maintenance. The invention ensures realization the measurements on one side of the arbors (in one point of contact) simultaneously of the horizontal and vertical misalignments. The method provides for installation on one of the arbors with the help of the support pole fulfilling the function of the body, the bar and the clamps, one measuring device with the movable coupling rod, on which there is the fixed body of the second measuring device, the movable coupling rod of which is also fixed to other arbor and is arranged at an angle of 90° to the movable coupling rod of the first measuring device. At that the movable coupling rod of the first measuring device, being transferred in the vertical plane measures the vertical misalignment, and the movable coupling rod of the second measuring device being transferred in the horizontal plane measures the horizontal misalignment.

EFFECT: the invention ensures realization the measurements on one side of the arbors (in one point of contact) simultaneously of the horizontal and vertical misalignments.
