FIELD: agricultural engineering; grain harvesting.
SUBSTANCE: proposed header member has frame forming bath together with rear wall, two side walls and bottom used as table for cutting. Cutting cross-member is installed on frame from side of bath inlet. Places for connecting stem dividers and side cutters are located in side walls at end zone of cutting cross-member. Reel is installed over cutting cross-member for displacement by means of adjusting drives. Bottom of frame is divided in cross direction and it consists of rear parts fixed on frame and front part installed for movement which provides coordination of length of table for cutting and conditions of harvesting.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
