FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed milker test stand contains frame, artificial teats, container with simulator of milk, claw, milk and vacuum hoses, milk can, stand control devices and vacuum line. To simulate intra udder pressure, stand is furnished with low-capacity pump with adjustable bypass valve. Artificial teats are provided with insets with different diameter inner holes and spring-loaded pistons. Said spring-loaded pistons overlap holes to pass liquid and operate at definite values of vacuum gauge pressure built by milker to simulate tonicity of sphincter of teat.
EFFECT: possibility of completely showing real process of milking owing to simulation of pressure in udder and tonicity of sphincter of artificial teat.
