FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment used in dairy farming for testing of milking units.
SUBSTANCE: stand has frame, udder simulating device with artificial teats, and reservoir with milk simulating fluid. Simulation of pressure within udder is provided by means of pump which pumps out milk simulating fluid. Pump is actuated by means of control instruments in the form of time relay equipped with control button. Artificial teats are equipped with adjusting screw, spring and ball allowing value of sphincter tonus to be adjusted. Artificial teats are further equipped with replaceable elastic devices for simulating skin surface having different roughness extent and replaceable resiliency simulators for simulating teat resiliency of various animals. Simulation of teat skin surface state, teat resiliency, pressure within udder and teat hard-milking capacity enabled by adjusting of sphincter tonus value allows real milk lactation process to be completely shown.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in representing properties of milking units.
