SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food. For the purpose to manufacture canned food in question it is necessary to reduce pork, beef and a part of brown onions to be mixed with a blend, common salt, bitter black pepper and coriander at obtaining the stuffing to form zrazy out of it. Fresh white cabbage should be chopped and frozen, wheat flour should be stewed, the rest part of brown onions should be cut and stewed in pork fat, garlic should be grated; then one should mix flour, onions, garlic, marjoram, common salt and water to obtain a sauce followed by packaging the above-mentioned components, hermetically sealing and sterilization. As a result, the digestibility of the target product is highly increased.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
