FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology. It involves skeletonisation of an injured vertebral segment: pedicles of arches and adjacent intervertebral disks are transected. The arches are extracted. The adjacent spine column segments are stabilised. An injured vertebral body is turned relative to a matched spinal marrow segment to ensure complete exarticulation and the following extraction.
EFFECT: technique allows for ablastous operation.
