FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for cleaning grain mixes by air flow and it can be used in agricultural production, flour-elevator and mixed-food production industry. Proposed grain cleaning machine has pneumoseparating channel, feeder, air supply channel with air regulator, additional chamber with regulating shutter, installed between air supply and pneumoseparating channels, communicating with air supply channel and provided with louvered port opposite to feeder, cross-flow fan, settling chamber communicating with outlet of pneumoseparating channel and, through fan, with inlet of air supply channel, and product receivers. Feeder consists of grain boards arranged one over the other and provided with relatively uniformly displaced slots in direction of movement of grain mix whose summery width equals half of width of pneumoseparating channel, tail part of boards being made concave, and lower edge of wall of feeder is made to arc of circumference to arrange slot tail part of lower board over it. Air regulator consists of two shutters with common drive, one of which has central turning axle arranged at inlet of additional chamber on wall separating the chamber from air supply channel.
EFFECT: improved quality of grain cleaning and increased capacity of machine.
