FIELD: computer science, possible use in systems for remote control of telecommunication networks during transmission of control data along broadcasting multi-point radio channel.

SUBSTANCE: device for controlling transmission of control data via a radio channel consists of: random numbers generator, synchronizer, first AND element, counter, RS-trigger, second AND element, comparison block, signal selection block, clock pulse generator, address analysis block, commutation block, block for measuring parameters, record counter of text portion of packet, packet reading counter, multi-input OR element, random-access memory device. Due to new set of substantial signs due to insertion of communication block, parameters measuring block, record counter of text portion of packet, packet reading counter, multi-input OR element and random-access memory device and appropriate new connections, automatic calibration is possible for parameter measuring block and also measuring of such a parameter of optical route, as fading coefficient of cable equipment reflection, and also it is possible to generate a packet of control data and to transfer it via radio channel to superior node of network.

EFFECT: generation of status control data for remote element of telecommunication network due to measurement of one of parameters of its optical route and transferring these data along radio-channel to superior network node.
