FIELD: production of canned goods for public nutrition.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes yeast dough and fish mince preparation, dough handling, forming of cakes with fish filling, proof and roasting. Fish mince is produced by formula component preparation: namely zander handling, blanching with steam and chopping; shredding and freezing of fresh white cabbage; chicken egg boiling and cutting, cutting of onion followed by roasting thereof in milk butter. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with salt and black pepper in specific component ratio.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
