FIELD: canned good production.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation, namely cutting of carrot and onion followed roasting thereof in vegetable oil; shredding and freezing of fresh white cabbage and blending thereof in oxygen-free atmosphere to produce garnish. Tomato paste, wheat flour, sugar, table salt, black pepper, pimento, clove, coriander, bay leaf, and water are blended and cooked up to dry matter content of 15.5 % to produce souse. Fish is cut, breaded and roasted in vegetable oil and pre-packed together with garnish and souse in specific component ratio.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
