FIELD: medicine, orthopedic stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with reconstructing a crown part of multi-canal tooth after endodontic treatment in case nonparallel canal. Crown for the above-mentioned reconstruction is designed with a stump insertion and simultaneously with sockets supplied with a thread at internal surface and retention points - at external one. At chewing surface the crown has got foramens for introducing dowels, moreover, these sockets are designed according to anatomical shape of the canals and their length corresponds to one third of corresponding dental canal. The innovation enables to achieve strong restoration of multi-canal teeth with nonparallel canals, increases hermetic sealing, decreases thinning of tooth's roots walls, decreases functional and supplied pressure upon root's walls and the risk for their cracking and, also, the chance for carrying out repeated endodontic treatment.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of application.
