SUBSTANCE: device has conic shape. Cavity is coaxial with the pin. Through holes are arranged in chess-board order along pin body with one through hole at each of eight levels. Hole diameters are 0.6 mm large, their level pitch is equal to 1.6 mm, pin cavity volume is equal to 2.6 mm3 and wall thickness is equal to 0.3 mm.
EFFECT: high strength, sealed, stable color structure giving improved cosmetic results.
