FIELD: medicine, therapeutic stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating complications as a result of caries due to instrumental and medicinal treatment of canals, drying dental canals, application of gutta-percha as filling material. Beforehand, one should obtain canal's cast, then it is necessary to cover canal's walls and cast with inert sealer, moreover, after introducing the cast into the canal one should introduce a file into its center being heated u[p to 300°C for 40-50 sec at simultaneous supply of ultrasound fluctuations towards the file, then one should introduce a gutta-percha pin, being proportional to file size, into the space developed after gutta-percha penetration into lateral canal branches. The present innovation enables to prevent withdrawal of hot gutta-percha beyond certain limits and decrease toxicity of filling.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
