FIELD: mining; methods of purification and decontamination of the recycled water and the waste waters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mining and may be used for: purification and decontamination of the waste waters of the mining enterprises; in the process the minerals dressing for reduction of the production losses due to improvement of the flushing properties of the recycling water, and also for water treatment and decontamination of the drinking water. The recycled and waste waters are purified from the large-dispersive particles with the dimensions of more than 500 microns, the average-dispersive particles with the dimensions from 50 microns up to 500 microns and the finely-dispersive particles with the dimensions of less than 50 microns, and also are decontaminated from the micro-organisms first - in the settler for the recycled and waste waters under action of the traveling acoustic wave (TAW)of the sound range (SR), the upper sound range (USR) and the hypersonic sound range (HSR) frequencies. Further, in the first additional waste waters settler under action of the traveling acoustic wave (TAW) of the low sound range (LSR), (SR), (USR) and (HSR) frequencies, in the second additional settler for the waste waters under action of the standing acoustic waves (SAW) of the (SR), (USR) and (HSR) frequencies, and in the third additional settler of the waste waters under action of the intensive standing acoustic waves (SAW), (SR), (USR) and (HSR) frequencies. From the third additional settler the waste waters goes into the working chamber of the acoustic hydrocyclone, in which under action of the acoustic waves of the final amplitude in the HSR frequencies the complete purification takes place and the complete decontamination of the water from the micro-organisms. After that the purified and decontaminated waste water goes either in the nearest river, or through the water-pumping station into the settler for the recycled and waste waters. The technical result of the presented method consists in the effective purification and decontamination of the recycled waters and the waste waters by the rather simple method at minimum financial and time input, and at the unfavorable weather-climate conditions.
