METHOD OF THE REAGENTLESS PURIFICATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL RECYCLED WATERS AND THE WASTE WATER FROM THE SUSPENDED SUBSTANCES Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B01D21/00 C02F1/34 C02F1/74 B06B1/00

Abstract RU 2290247 C1

FIELD: physics; mining; environment protection; methods of the reagentless purification of the technological waters and waste water from the suspended substances.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of physics and may be used: for purification of the waste water of the mining enterprises - the environmental protection; in the process of the mineral dressing - for reduction of the technological losses due to the increase of the flashing properties of the recycled water - in the interests of the rational nature management and etc. The method is realized as follows: in the process of the production activity the technological water through the connective gutter is sequentially coming in the sludge tank and further in the lower part of the settler for the recycled and waste waters. From the upper part of the settler the necessary amount of the recycled water along the water duct comes to the inlet of engineering installation and is used in the production process. And from the lower part of the settler the water through the drainage system and also through the system of the overflow and the natural aeration of the upper layer of the waste water is uniformly coming into the inlet of the first additional settler. From its outlet the waste water through the drain system and the overflow system and the natural aeration of the upper layer of the waste water is uniformly fed into the inlet of the second additional settler having the round form. From its outlet the waste water is uniformly fed through the distributor onto the corresponding inlet of one of several (no less than 2) settlers-collectors. After complete filling-up of one of the settlers-collectors the waste water is uniformly comes through the distributor into the inlet of the subsequent settler-collector. Simultaneously with it the waste water through the system of drainage of the earlier filled up settler-collector comes into the natural water reservoir. After the complete filling up of the last settler-collector the waste water from the first filled up settler-collector through the system of the uniform drain of the whole mass of the waste water comes into the natural water reservoir. The result of the invention consists in the effective purification of the big mass of the waste water from the suspended substances, at the minimal financial-time expenditures in the unfavorable weather-climatic conditions.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the effective purification of the big mass of the waste water from the suspended substances, the minimal financial-time expenditures in the usual and unfavorable weather-climatic conditions.
