FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: water is divested of large, medium and small particles with the help of acoustic wave emission in the first and second additional settling tanks and in settling collector, by alternating (with emission and pause periods) emission in of hydroacoustic waves through the whole water volume and continuous emission of acoustic waves from the air medium into the water medium through the whole surface. Aggregation occurs due to adhesion of more mobile medium and small particles to the less mobile large particles under the effect of hydroacoustic and acoustic waves. Suspended substance is intensively precipitating due to sufficient mass gain of the newly formed particles, and due to the effect of acoustic waves propagating from above to a tank bottom over the whole tank area and pressing all particles, including newly formed ones, down. Additionally the whole bulk of water entering the water treatment plant and containing large, medium, small and colloid particles undergoes continuous artificial aeration and steady mechanical stirring.
EFFECT: efficient and relatively simple purifying of bulk volumes water from suspended substances at minimal finance and time expenditure.
