FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to equipment for mechanization of operations related to replacement of unserviceable supports of contact systems of railways. It solves problem of raised productivity and elimination of manual excavation operations and contributes to maintenance of stability of subgrade across sections of operation. Proposed facility comprises bell-crank in the form of spatial frame put vertically which long arm is coupled to winch by means of cable and which lower arm functions as grip and comes in the form of round loop with two curvilinear wedges arranged in its center and pin resting against working surface of round loop with its ends. Facility in set with manual winch and crane mounted on flat-car. EFFECT: removal of unserviceable supports without disturbance of subgrade. 5 dwg
