FIELD: mining, particularly devices to drill and ream wells drilled in hard rock.
SUBSTANCE: drilling rig comprises drilling tool made as drilling rod with rock-cutting members and flame-jet burner connected with fuel, water and air supply pipelines. The burner is connected with compressor pipeline through heat-exchanger and adsorber. The compressor is provided with filter arranged at compressor suction pipe inlet and drive. The drive has rotary speed regulator made as powder electromagnetic clutch unit and connected with outlet pipe of air pressure sensor by regulator. The outlet pipe of air pressure sensor comprises comparator unit, which is linked with pressure sensor arranged in adsorber, setting unit and non-linear feedback unit. The comparator unit is connected to magnetic amplifier input. Pipeline with two control valves is arranged between air supply pipeline and compressor pipeline in parallel to adsorber and heat-exchanger.
EFFECT: reduced power inputs for well drilling and purging due to automated obtaining of compressed air having predetermined parameters and increased operational reliability of adsorption drying by compressor drive speed regulation during well purging along with adsorbent regeneration pressure regime regulation.
