FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for drilling and expansion of wells in hard rocks. Device includes a drilling tool in form of drilling column, at end of which there are rock cutting elements and flame-jet burner with fuel feed lines, water, air, latter via heat exchanger and adsorber is communicated with discharge nozzle of compressor with its inlet suction pipe filter consisting of case with conical bottom, steam trap-float and reflector, which divides inner cavity of housing on chamber communicated with compressor suction branch pipe and convergent nozzle on inner surface of which there are helical grooves extending from inlet to outlet hole, ending with annular groove filled with elastic material with axisymmetrical holes. Helical grooves on inner surface of nozzle cross-section are in form of a dovetail. Filter is made in form of a resonator, and reflector is in form of bimetallic material. Water feed line is connected to tank housing which is installed vertically and outer surface of tank body is coated with thin-fibre basalt material, longitudinally arranged in form of beams along its height.
EFFECT: maintaining rated power consumption during thermal-mechanical drilling of wells for varying annual ambient temperatures.
