FIELD: veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to add live mycobacterial culture to animal's citrate blood at the ratio of 1x10⁹ microbial cells/ml citrate blood, incubate the mixture for 30 min at 37°C. Then one should prepare the smears and dye them followed by detecting an absorbing capacity of neutrophils and detect the presence of mycobacteria upon lymphocytes. At availability of mycobacteria upon 9-35% lymphocytes and the value of absorbing capacity of neutrophils being above 6.0 one should state upon the perceptivity of animals to tuberculosis. Application of the present innovation enables to evaluate the resistance and perceptivity to tuberculosis of laboratory and farm animals in short period of time due to applying simple techniques.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation.
