METHOD OF ESTIMATION OF TOLERANCE OF ORGANISM OF ANIMAL TO TUBERCULOSIS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2352938 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns veterinary science and can be used when estimating steady and acquisitive to a tuberculosis of laboratory and agricultural animals. The method is carried out as follows: a group of clinically healthy animals of one kind is formed, activity of a creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase is investigated, average value of each of these indicators for concrete group of animals is determined, value of an indicator of each animal to average size of the same indicator for concrete group of animals is compared, at rising of activity of a creatine kinase and simultaneous dropping of activity lactate dehydrogenase concerning average value of each indicator for concrete group of animals tolerance of an organism of an animal to a tuberculosis is determined. In addition activity of an alaninaminotranspherase and an aspartate aminotransferase is investigated, average value of each of indicators for concrete group of animals is defined, value of an alaninaminotranspherase and an aspartate aminotransferase only at animals to hyperactivity of a creatine kinase and the lowered activity lactate dehydrogenase with average size of an alaninaminotranspherase and an aspartate aminotransferase accordingly for the concrete group of animals is compared, at dropping of activity of an alaninaminotranspherase and/or rising of activity of an aspartate aminotransferase concerning average value of each of these indicators for concrete group of animals tolerance of an organism of an animal to tuberculosis is determined.

EFFECT: invention provides decrease in time and material inputs.
