FIELD: food processing industry, in particular foodstuff production from large fruits.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes apple preparation, slicing thereof to produce slices of 1.5-2 mm of thickness , saturation with carbohydrates in sugar-containing syrup at temperature lower boiling point thereof, dredging and drying by infrared method up to residual humidity at most 6 %. Product is pre-packed in oxygen-free medium in bags from combined polymer-foil-polymer material.
EFFECT: target product with good appearance and organoleptic characteristics.
