FIELD: obtaining of food products from seed-bearing fruits.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing apples; cutting into pieces having thickness of 1.5-2 mm; saturating with flavoring substances in aqueous solution of predetermined composition at temperature of 25-50 C for 15-30 min; drying by infrared radiation drying method until residual moisture content is not in the excess of 6%; packaging food product in oxygen-free medium in bags made from combined polymer-foil-polymer material.
EFFECT: provision for obtaining of food product having unique harmonious combination of organoleptical properties of chips and apple marmalade.
