FIELD: medicine; cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for revealing patients inclined to arise of arrhythmia. Dispersion of correlation-adjusted interval QT at state of rest is determined. Velo-ergometric test is performed additionally at load of 25 W and dispersion of correlation-adjusted interval QT is determined additionally at that load. Factor of dispersion increment is calculated from relation of A=dQTc-2/dQTc-1, where A is coefficient of dispersion increment, units; dQTc-1 is dispersion of correlation-adjusted interval QT at state of rest, mxs12; dQTc-2 is dispersion of correlated-adjusted interval QT at load of 25 W, mxs12. If A is bigger than 1,4 the probability of arise of arrhythmia is estimated as high one and as low one at factors being lower than 1,2.
EFFECT: adjustment of treatment; improved efficiency of treatment.
