FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: at densitometric assay of roentgenographic image while during evaluating the state of bony tissue it is necessary to measure the intensity of optic density of air shade along horizontal and vertical lines, and also, along the area and at no scatter in the values of intensity of optic density being above 5% it is possible to consider roentgenographic image for densitometric analysis. At the scatter of the values of optic density intensity being above 5% one should detect the type of picture defect: at availability of intensity gradient of air shadow by vertical or horizontal line, and the presence of intensity gradient of air shadow from the center of the picture towards periphery it is possible to consider roentgenographic picture conditionally acceptable for densitometric analysis. Application of the present method provides increased significance of the data obtained based upon increased reliability of the data obtained based upon personal objective evaluation.
