SUBSTANCE: one should carry out donor's and recipient's through corneal trepanation to transfer a transplant onto a recipient's eye. But beforehand, it is necessary to remove a part of intra-ocular liquid out of anterior chamber through a developed paracenthesis, introduce a viscoelastic material into anterior chamber till its complete filling, corneal spreading and increased intra-ocular pressure up to its normal or slightly increased value. Recipient's corneal trepanation should be carried out up to complete corneal crossing and initial moment of viscoelastic flowing through a trepanation incision. The transplant should be fixed with nonabsorbable sutures. Anterior chamber should be filled with physiological solution by not removing the residues of viscoelastic. The innovation is directed to decrease traumatism of operation and obtain correct form of a cut transplant in case of pronounced ocular hypotonicity.
