FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmosurgery. Donor's transplant with a scleral rim is prepared. Donor graft is cut out for the entire thickness of the sclera with a rim of width 1.5-1.75 mm. After the sclera is exposed on the recipient's eye, the flushing ring with diameter of 18.0 mm is anchored to the sclera. Circular through incision of the cornea is performed. Four mattress sutures are pre-applied on 6, 12, 3 and 9 o'clock. Each thread is first delivered through the remaining peripheral corneal tissue on the recipient's eye from the outside to the inside, and then from the inside to the outside. Further, a donor corneal graft with a scleral rim is placed on the prepared couch of the recipient and all threads of pre-applied mattress sutures are first passed through the graft. Each needle is pricked in from the inner side of the cornea, and needle prick-out is performed outside behind the border of the transparent corneal part. Stitched transplant is centered in the pupil and finally fixed to the eye of the patient, sequentially tying the threads. Then, 16 interrupted sutures are applied along an external edge of the rim of the sclera, performing a through puncture on the sclera of the transplant and a blind puncture on the sclera of the recipient.
EFFECT: method enables reducing injuries and reducing a risk of intra- and postoperative complications.
