FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises mechanism of double pivoting parallelogram. The parallelograms defined by the links of the mechanism are arranged in the parallel vertical planes for permitting mounting the section of the air duct between them. The air duct has two adjacent links mounted for permitting rotation in the vertical plane. The pivoting connection of the links comprises shaft whose ends are provided with radially oriented levers with different inclination. The levers are the links of the mechanism. The other links of the mechanism parallel to them are made in block with the cantilever mounted on the end section of the air duct arranged from the side of the unmovable base. The end section of the air duct is pivotally connected with the base through the rotatable base. The air duct has at least two flexible sections at the sites of the connection of the adjacent links of the air duct.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and expanded functional capabilities.
