FIELD: physics; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electronic engineering, specifically to microwave power emitters based on microwave electronic devices and can be used in long-range systems, ultra-long-range space communication. The first version of the invention covers microwave power emitter containing coaxial quarter-wave cavity resonator, microwave tetrode including electron gun and radial anode arranged in evacuated cavity section between inner conductor and the first end cavity walls, capacitive coupling component of inner and outer cavity conductors designed as toroid-shape nozzle coaxially surrounding radial anode of microwave tetrode, microwave power output as coaxial line segment. Inner cavity conductor is separated from inner conductor of coaxial line of microwave power output and the second end cavity wall with high-frequency gap. The second, third and fourth versions of the invention imply that microwave power emitter is based on half-wave coaxial cavity resonator.
EFFECT: higher output pulse capacity and performance of microwave power emitter, its reliability and durability, design simplification, reduced weight and downsizing.
