FIELD: ophthalmology; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: artificial crystalline lens; it is made to have geometric shape changed in time. Intially the crystalline lens is made combined and it has haptic and optic parts; the latter is made of two lenses. Radius of curvature of second surface of the first lens equals to radius of curvature of first surface of second lens. First lens is provided with three protrusions disposed at equal angular distance from each other. Second lens has to be positive lens. There are three through holes onto peripheral part of the lens; holes are disposed at equal angular distance from each other. Protrusions of first lens interact with through holes of second lens. Haptic part of artificial crystalline lens of eye is made in form of circle and it interacts with edge surfaces of optic part of second lens only. Thickness of optic part of artificial crystalline lens relates to diameter of optic part as 0,14-0,16. Diameter of optic part relates to diameter of haptic part as 0,58-0,65. Crystalline lens is made for removal of first positive lens.
EFFECT: graduated intraocular correction of myopia, hypermetropia, anisometropia and induced ametropia.
