FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmosurgery. An intraocular lens comprises haptic and optical parts. The haptic part consists of three elements, the first of them represents an intracapsular ring containing a case made of a flexible elastic material in the form of two mutually symmetric halves each of which contains a first class hinge in the form of a flat loop changeable in its geometric shape. Both loops are in the same plane and directed inside the case, so that each piece of the case forming a loop is turned with its convexity to a side opposed to the loop. Each of said pieces of the case forms one coil of a vertical spring changeable in its geometric shape, and the coil of each spring is directed inside the case and one of them is right, and the other is left. The coil ends of each spring form arches convex to a side opposed to the middle of the case and changeable in their geometric shape, located in the same plane parallel to the plane wherein the first class hinges are located. The arch ends of both symmetric halves of the case are joined together and form a single case. The second element of the haptic part represents a square in a centre of which there is a through hole with a diametre equal to that of the optical part of the IOL. In corners of the second element of a haptic part, on its side opposed to the plane wherein the first class hinges lay, there are fixed at least four locating fixtures, each representing a three-link arm. The first link of each arm is perpendicular to the plane of the second element of the haptic part; the second link of the arm is perpendicular to the first link of the arm, and the third link of the arm forms an acute angle with the second link and is directed inside the arm; said acute angle has changeable value. Between the first link and the end of the third link, there is a clearance to fix the spring sections. In each of four arms coupled with the second element of the haptic part, there is a fixed coil piece of each of four springs, directed towards the middle of the case. The plane of the second element of the haptic part is horizontal and parallel to the plane of the first class hinges, and from the side of the second element of the haptic part turned to the plane wherein the first class hinges lay, there is provided the third element of the haptic part representing a bushing with two lines of grooves interacting with the flanges of the optical part of the IOL, designed as at least one lens, and the centre of the optical part lays on the same axis with the centre of the second element of the haptic part, and the optical part is removable.
EFFECT: invention provides graduated changed intraocular correction of myopia, hyperopia, anisometropia and induced ametropia, with simultaneous stretching and preservation of volume integrity of the capsular sac, prevention of misalignment and stabilisation of the IOL position, maintenance of manipulation safety in cataract elimination and IOL implantation.
