FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying laser coagulation of the retina from temporal side in equator zone (in the zone the infusion system or collagen sponge is implanted). Copper vapor laser is used. Incision in conjunctiva and in Tenon's capsule and building episcleral tunnel from temporal side to the equator zone is carried out 1-2 days later. Infusion system or collagen sponge is implanted. Vasoconstrictor agent solution instillations are administered during the first three days in postoperative period. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; increased drug concentration in the posterior eye segment.
