FIELD: mechanical engineering, particularly means to obtain supersonic gas flame jets used, for instance, to repair and improve vehicle crankshafts.
SUBSTANCE: nozzle assembly comprises Laval nozzle 1, main channel, oxygen supply channel, outer Laval nozzle, concentrating cone pres-fitted in main channel and protective bush. The protective bush has thread to connect thereof to burner body. The Laval nozzles are also provided with threads for nozzle connection to burner body.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of obtained coating due to working flow acceleration to supersonic speed and increased working flow concentration, improved coating adhesion and prevention of thermal article deformation.
